About Crystal.Yoga
Crystal.Yoga® is a women's yoga lifestyle brand founded in the United States in 2018.
We began among a small circle of long-time yoga practitioners: we love the stretch on the mat, and we honor who we become when practice ends and daily life begins. We set out not to make another ordinary yoga jacket, but a garment that understands two moments — holding your focus on the mat, and carrying you with ease into the day.
Why Crystal, Why Yoga
In the traditional philosophy of yoga, the spine is understood as a central channel running through the body, along which seven energy centers — the chakras — are arranged. For centuries, practitioners have rested natural stones near the corresponding center during meditation and practice: rose quartz at the heart, a stone of tenderness and self-acceptance; amethyst near the third eye, helping a busy mind settle; clear quartz, luminous and pure, seen as a clear amplifier.
Crystal and yoga were never forced together. A crystal has always been beside the practitioner — an anchor on the mat, a companion in life. Crystal.Yoga simply wove that long-standing companionship into the garment itself.
Our Original Design: A Detachable Crystal Zipper Pull
We turned the jacket's zipper pull into a natural crystal pendant.
· On the mat, it rests quietly on the garment, moving with your breath.
· It detaches freely; once removed, the zipper stays smooth and flat, and the jacket remains complete.
· Each piece comes with a matching necklace cord. Clip the removed crystal onto the cord, and it instantly becomes a pendant at your collarbone.
One crystal, two roles: your companion on the mat, your jewelry off the mat.
A Question You Might Be Asking: Why Not Just Wear the Crystal as a Necklace?
This is the question we hear most often — and the point where our design truly makes sense.
First, position means intention. When the jacket is zipped, the pull rests naturally along the center of the chest, near the heart center; a necklace sits higher, at the neck and collarbone, and is often hidden beneath the collar. In traditional yogic understanding, a stone matters when it rests near the corresponding center as an intention in the present moment — not merely as an accessory.
Second, steadier, safer, and chafe-free in practice. During inversions, backbends, and twists, a necklace slides, swings, and presses against the neck; the garment-mounted crystal lies flat with the fabric and stays stable through deep poses — no shifting, no pressure, no chafing. And when you prefer it gone, one quick release removes it entirely.
Third, worn outside, an intention you can see. Resting on the outside of the garment, it is a quiet promise to yourself and an understated signature of style; a necklace tucked under the collar often loses its presence altogether.
Fourth, we never ask you to give up the necklace. It isn't a replacement — it's an additional state: stay on the garment through practice, then remove it in a moment and clip it onto the included cord when a polished look is called for. The moment to wear it is yours to choose.
What We Believe
Yoga is more than exercise; a crystal is more than decoration. We believe the body stretches while the self settles, and that the same garment can hold your focus on the mat and carry you into the room.
