Where We Started
Crystal.Yoga was founded in the United States in 2018. As more and more people came to the mat, we kept noticing the same state: the body stretches in class, yet the mind stays scattered; once practice ends, anxiety returns.
This led us to a belief: the aura we carry — our inner field — is not fixed at birth and never finished. It is drained little by little by overtime, overthinking, and the noise of daily life, and it can be built back, day by day, through small repeated acts. Your field is nurtured, not born — just as yoga softens the body not in one stretch, but in every practice you return to.
The Seven Chakras: A Map of Your Inner Field
In the ancient yogic tradition, the spine is the central channel of the body, along which seven energy centers — the chakras — run. They are seven inner layers of soil, each worth seeing and nurturing.
Natural crystals mark this map: rose quartz belongs to the heart, nurturing tenderness and self-acceptance; amethyst to the third eye, nurturing stillness and clarity; clear quartz, luminous and pure, nurturing focus and openness. We keep the seven chakra colors as our permanent base palette — because the seven layers within deserve a companion that stays.
Yoga, Crystal, and the Chakras, Finally Together
In the market, yoga is sold separately from crystals; the practitioner has to gather them alone. Crystal.Yoga weaves all three into one garment:

We turned the jacket's zipper pull into a detachable crystal pendant: on the mat it rests on the garment, moving with your breath; in a moment, it releases and clips onto the included necklace cord to become jewelry at your collarbone. It never asks you to carry two sets of gear — it carries the same practice of nurturing yourself from the mat into life.
